The Guild of Fine Food, the UK-based trade body for independent fine food stores and speciality food suppliers has chosen SHOP as the venue for this year’s World Cheese Awards. Over 2,000 cheeses from around the globe will be taste-tested by over 100 experts, including major international cheese retailers, graders and specialist cheese shop owners as well as celebrity chefs. Some of the winning cheeses will be available for tasting in a dedicated hall alongside the Great Taste Gourmet Food Hall.
